Jenny Crowley has a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa (2017) where she served as a graduate instructor in the Department of Communication Studies from 2015-2017. The title of her dissertation is: “The effects of support provider identity and locus of supportive message in the context of stigma.” Her primary area of specialization is interpersonal communication with specific research interests in stigma and supportive communication.
