Marieke Keller
Lecturer
Marieke Keller has been teaching communication studies courses since 2017. In addition to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, she has taught at the University of Wyoming, the University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa, East Georgia State University, Dalton State University, the University of Alabama-Huntsville, and South University. She has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Her academic portfolio includes public speaking, human communication research, organizational communication, intercultural communication, interpersonal communication, introduction to communication, business communication, and introduction to public relations.
Keller’s current research focuses on email communication between members of global virtual teams. She is a founding member of the Southeastern Region, Association of Business Communication, Online Teaching Circle and has peer-reviewed for the International Journal of Business Communication. In addition to her teaching experience, she has worked in bookkeeping, fundraising, and in corporate benefits.
