Jennifer Koella

Jennifer Campbell Koella, PhD, has been an educator at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, since 1996 with a PhD in communication and a minor in business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She specializes in professional and business communication, as well as science and technical communication.
Koella has extensive experience both in academia and industry, including her roles as a communication consultant and as director of communication for Jim Caulkin Enterprises. She holds certifications in AI strategy from Cornell University and prompt engineering, ChatGPT data analysis, trustworthy generative AI, and innovative teaching with ChatGPT from Vanderbilt University. Koella has authored multiple publications and presented her research internationally. Her publications include a series of eleven multidisciplinary guides to the internet for McGraw Hill and Seeing the American Woman, 1880-1920: The Social Impact of the Visual Media Explosion with Michael Keene and Katherine Adams.
