Social Media & PR Intern

Buttermilk Sky Franchising is a small locally based franchise corporation. We were founded in 2014 in Knoxville and have grown to 17 franchised locations.

Responsibilities for Social Media Intern:

*Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly

*Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms

*Monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted

*Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns

*Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company’s social pages

*Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn

*Brainstorm and create strategies to work with celebrities, athletes and influencers to drive press and get their fans involved in our company.

*Assist with the execution of special projects and events to raise brand awareness.

Internship Duration

Start date for this internship is June 1 and end date is negotiable. You will be expected to work 20-30 hours per week at our Knoxville headquarters.

Compensation
Internship is paid at a competitive hourly rate.
