Dr. Dajung Woo Reconized at NCA Convention

The National Communication Association (NCA) is pleased to announce the selection of DJ Woo, Assistant Professor in the School of Communication Studies at the University of Tennessee, as the 2018 recipient of the Gerald R. Miller Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award.

 

The award is given annually to recognize new scholars who completed outstanding dissertations during the previous academic year. Dr. Woo was recognized for their dissertation completed at the University of California, Santa Barbara, “Collaboration Life Cycle: Communicating Knowledge and Expertise for Getting In, Getting On, and Getting Out.”

 

Dr. Woo’s award was presented on November 10 at the NCA 104th Annual Convention in Salt Lake City.
